If you need to cancel your shopping assistance service reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds for our shopping assistance services are available if requested within 7 days of service completion and if the service has not been fully utilized. Partial refunds may be available for services that have been partially completed.
